IF the products have never been used

1. All products are returnable
2. Within 10 days after purchase
3. Contact us via email
4. Products should be returned to Hong Kong
5. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns
6. Refund is available once the items are inspected, 15% of the refund will be charged as handling fee
7. Packaging material must be in the same condition as when received

IF the products have been used or defective

1. All products are returnable, excluded fuse
2. Products were used correctly, but defected from quality problems
3. Within 7 days after purchase
4. Contact us via email
5. Products should be returned to Hong Kong
6. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns
7. Products will be repaired and returned
8. Refund is available once the items are inspected, 15% of the refund will be charged as handling fee
9. Packaging material must be in the same condition as when received
